Nicole
Nicole is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, aerial coach, mat pilates instructor, and certified personal trainer. With a background in kinesiology and psychology, Nicole blends anatomical knowledge with a compassionate, accessible approach to practice. Her teaching style emphasizes strength, mobility, and mindfulness, helping students build both physical resilience and inner awareness. Outside of the studio, Nicole trains in contortion, hand balancing, aerial, and circus arts, which bring creativity and playfulness to her teaching. She hopes to inspire students to feel stronger, more balanced, and connected to themselves through her teaching.
