  • Absolutely! We offer classes that are accessible to every yogi – beginner to advanced. If you are a new yogi, give our podBASICS, podFLOW All Levels, Restorative, YIN or VinYIN a try. These classes provide many pose variations to fit each person’s unique abilities. We encourage you to honor your body…each class will bring increased confidence, so go at your own pace and have fun!

  • Dress comfortably and bring a mat, towel and water bottle. If you need a mat we rent them for $2 or sell them in the studio. All classes are done barefoot and you can leave your shoes and bags at the shoe shelf at the entrance or in the cubbies in the changing areas. No phones or glass bottles in the studios please!

Plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before class to get oriented. Check in at the front desk and the staff will help you sign in, give you a tour of the studio, and help you set up for class. During class, you will have the support of a skilled instructor every step of the way.

  • Trying new things can be scary and we’re glad you chose us for your first class! All our classes are filled with students in different stages of their yoga journey. When you walk in our doors, you will be warmly welcomed by our front desk staff and one of our highly skilled instructors will expertly guide you through your class.

  • We are glad you asked - YES! The most common misconception about yoga is that you must be flexible. With a regular practice, you’ll notice increased flexibility over time.

  • We highly recommend booking your classes in advance using our Yoga Pod app or our website. We limit the number of mat spaces and some classes fill up quickly. We can’t guarantee your space if you don’t pre-book. We do not allow late arrivals. Once the teacher goes into the studio space, you will not be admitted. Please plan ahead if you think you might be late. Remember to bring your mat, towel & water!

  • Yes we do! We have plenty of showers and amenities to make it super easy to start your day with a class, then shower and get ready for what’s next … or come straight from work and change into your comfy yoga clothes in our changing area.

  • Thanks so much for asking! As a boutique studio offering small class sizes, demand for mat spaces is very high. Late cancels and no-shows prevent other guests from practicing and late arrivals are disruptive to fellow yogis and to your teacher.

    • While we do not have a late cancellation fee, we do ask that you cancel up to 2-hours ahead of time to open up registration space to others.

    • A 5 minute grace period for late arrivals will be enforced. The 5 minute grace period is in place to ensure your safety and the safety of your fellow yogis. Missing the warm up can be dangerous and put you at risk of injury. It is disruptive to other yogis when someone arrives to class late.

  • We have mats available for rent at the front desk for $2 each and also mats for sale! Just stop by before class and we’ll get you set up. If you’re doing the 4/40 intro offer, your first mat rental is free for your first class!

  • Our studio is located in the Arboretum Shopping Center (near Dave & Busters on the north end next to Sola Salons) which offers plenty of free parking right in front of the studio.

  • We’re so glad you are interested in trying your first class with us! While we do not offer a free first class, we do have a special unlimited introductory offer to first time students of 4 Weeks for $40! That means unlimited classes for 4 weeks so you can try all our class options!

We also offer class drop-ins for $24 and if you decide to try the 4/$40 after that within 7 days, we can credit your $24 to the intro offer deal, what a win-win!
