Our classes work together to help you improve mobility, increase flexibility, and build lean muscle. Whether you’re looking for Vinyasa, Hot, Barre, Yin, Fit, Sculpt or Restorative classes, we have a class to fit your goals!   • podALIGN is a special yoga class that focuses on the anatomical alignment in each pose. It's perfect for beginners as well as long-term practitioners to understand how different yoga poses create optimal alignment of the body and mind.

    This class will help you build a strong foundation and relationship with your body. It will also emphasize the importance of the body-mind connection through breath and meditation.

  • podHOT utilizes a set sequence of postures in a room set to 104 degrees and 60% humidity. The class is designed to build strength, create balance and flexibility in the body and produce a detoxifying sweat with our unique infrared heating system. Class includes breathing exercises, a standing series and a floor series. podHOT is set to music and is suitable for all levels, but the heat can be intense. Towel, water and mat are mandatory for class. Come hydrated and be ready to sweat it out!

  • podFLOW All Levels is a vinyasa class suitable for all levels. Variations will be offered for all levels of practitioners from the beginner to experienced yogi, allowing each student opportunities to challenge themselves. All classes are set to music and at room temperature. Cues will be provided, offering options in poses to meet your level.

  • podFLOW 2 classes are powerful vinyasa classes for the more experienced yogi - expect a dynamic class, set to music, with challenging postures, inversions and variations. Some podFLOW 2 classes are heated to 94-96 degrees and 40% humidity using our unique infrared heating system, look for the flame on the schedule.🔥

  • Restorative is a relaxing yoga practice designed to calm your mind and restore your body. Poses are done on the floor and often supported with bolsters, blankets and blocks which we provide. Give yourself a break and add this class to your weekly routine! Suitable for all levels.

  • This class is a blend of All Levels FLOW yoga (Vinyasa) with added hand weights and bursts of cardio set to high energy music. It is a challenging, well-rounded workout suitable to all fitness levels!

  • Set to music, this high-energy, focused and powerful workout is designed to strengthen and tone the arms, thighs, seat and abdominals using weights, balls, bands and other props in conjunction with a ballet barre.

  • podHATHA 🔥 is a set sequence hybrid of podHOT 🔥🔥 and podFLOW All Levels. Expect to receive a solid, well-balanced, yoga practice that is both challenging and invigorating! With a room temperature set between 98-100 degrees and 45% added humidity, you will be guaranteed to sweat!

  • YIN yoga increases joint mobility and improves flexibility by applying moderate stress to the body's connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, and fascia). In a YIN class, expect to hold each posture passively for 2-5 minutes, supported with props and blankets which we provide. YIN classes are dimly lit and use soft music. YIN is suitable for all levels. Some YIN classes will also have Sound Healing as an added element to add sound vibrations that resonate through the body and add to a relaxed, meditative state.

  • VINYIN combines the yoga styles of Vinyasa flow with YIN for the best of both worlds! This 60 minute dream combo will begin with a gentle Flow sequence and end with relaxing YIN postures. Suitable for all levels.

  • This 45 minute class will use different props like tennis balls and foam rollers for myofascial release to improve blood flow, tissue recovery, range of motion, and decrease overall stress on the body. This class is suitable for all levels and a great way to recover from a workout and prevent pain and restriction in movement.
