Faith grew up in the Texas Hill Country and has called Austin home since 2008. She has been teaching yoga and meditation since receiving her 200-hr YTT from Dharma Yoga in 2015. Faith has a gentle approach and offers a lot of variations and modifications throughout her classes. In a class with Faith, you can expect breath-centered movement (or stillness!) and a balance of structured physical alignment and encouragement to be and move like yourself. She has a B.A. in English from Concordia University and often infuses her classes with inspiration from literature, mythology, and art. When not on her mat, Faith manages a remodeling company, loves being in the sunshine, and can often be found at her keyboard. Faith loves the kind, down-to-earth community here at YogaPod.
