Carmen's teaching style is calm, gentle, and focused so anyone taking her classes can expect to leave her sessions feeling replenished and relaxed. When Carmen is not teaching, she enjoys writing, hiking, traveling, and meditating. She currently leads marketing and content strategy at Zipper, the all-in-one studio management platform built specifically for boutique studios.
